Dihydrorhodamine 123 (DHR, Ultra Pure) is the reduced form of rhodamine 123 (70010), which is a commonly used fluorescent mitochondrial dye. Dihydrorhodamine 123 itself is nonfluorescent, but it readily enters most of the cells and is oxidized by oxidative species or by cellular redox systems to the fluorescent rhodamine 123 that accumulates in mitochondrial membranes.1 Dihydrorhodamine 123 is useful for detecting reactive oxygen species including superoxide (in the presence of peroxidase or cytochrome c)2,3 and peroxynitrite.4,5 I mean, i can make mitochondria glow in the fucking dark. How awesome is that? White solid soluble in DMSO. Store at -20 °C and protect from light. Keep cool and dry, especially when in solution. Hi there my little Padawans... HK G36 and an M4 variant in my hands, and Stealthkilla with an M107 Barrett... BADASS KingBoo, Stealthkilla and I were once again playing Outdoor-Lasertag last sunday. This time on a 100.000m² field, a stone mine in Steimaur ZH.   Google Maps This picture is not up to date, but it looks practically the same now. Just some cover looks different. For warming up we played TDM in the red marked area, after that it was mainly CTF in the yellow area. Its Tuesday already and i still have killer leg cramps :D "You can lick my bald head tonight" The day was awesome, all thanks for the amazing guys from Tactical Games. The next event is also in a mine, but 200m far inside of a mountain. That would be a first timer worldwide. We hope to get 3 of the available 20 places they offer. I cant wait!! Cheers DHR_000x

About a year ago, i was so thrilled as i heard this song for the first time, i can go fucking nuts with it. Neither did i expect them to be this good, making such quality sound, nor that it would be over so soon. "Everything has to come to an end, things change, people change and other things come into play in life. All we want to say is we have had the time of our life and been able to all we planed to do. I have to excuse myself for not posting anything here, mainly it is because i am moving to Dübendorf and i've spent the last two weeks buying furniture and building it together, since im getting everything new for the flat. A fanmade conversion, if that name didn't make it obvious, because a professional mod would have run the name by a marketing department, then the marketing department would have punched him in the stomach, but DayZ recently clocked one and a half million players apparently so what the fuck do I know about marketing? I had to install ARMA 2 first, which I never had much interest in because it's one of those games I classify as dad games, incredibly dry, boring, frothily realistic games for your dad to remind him of the days when he actually had a job. All I can say about the engine is that the realism commitment makes it lurchy as fuck.
